Production Schedule: All required materials (PO, Art, Merchandise, Order Forms) must be complete before work will begin. When all materials are in, production will be finished in seven days.

NOTE:

(1) Orders received after noon EST enter the schedule the following day.
(2) Rush charges may apply to any order if completion is required in less than three working days from receipt of art & merchandise. Our rush service is subject to production schedule.

Digital Formats

• Most professional graphic applications (PC or Mac) such as tif, jpg, eps, bmp and pcx are acceptable. For multicolor logos, vector art created in Illustrator or CorelDRAW is preferred. CorelDRAW files should be exported as Adobe Illustrator format with all text converted to curves.
  
  
• Include all placed image files and any fonts used; please include a hard copy along with the disk for accuracy.
  
  
• Please remember that photocopies, drawings, ads, business cards and letterhead are not camera-ready art. While we can scan these images, the quality of your final product will be compromised.

If additional work is required for artwork to meet our specifications (such as typesetting, changes, touchups) we are happy to assist. Charges will be quoted prior to work beginning and are typically billed at $60.00 per hour with a $25 minimum.

If you have selected an item for printing or embroidery that we do not feel is not designed to handle printing/embroidery, we will discuss that with you.

Proofs

• Proofs must be approved within three days of receipt or production delays may occur.
  
  
• Changes to actual proof are subject to additional costs.

Embroidery Disks

For customer-supplied disks, Tajima, Barudan FDR and Barudan FMC formats are accepted. Resizing past 10% will require a new disk.

Name Droppers does not charge a set up fee on any order with 24 or more items!
